Factory and Production

Bartco's manufacturing facilities cover over 4000 square metres of floor space, which is perfect to keep pace with our growth, especially with international orders.

With 95% of manufacturing undertaken in house, our team consists of welders, painters, assembly workers, as well as electrical and software engineers based in our Western Victorian manufacturing plant and our Melbourne based technology centre. Office and technical support staff are located at our head office.

A modern production and assembly facility houses a virtual production line where, every process is under strict quality control, from the first weld to the final dispatch. Bartco also employ the KanBan lean manufacturing system which ensures all our processes are undertaken with the utmost of efficiency.

With the ability to customise all of our products to customer specifications, we also have standard floor stock for those who need equipment fast.

Customers are invited and frequently visit our manufacturing facility.
